Social Media Marketing
in Galle.
Strategy, monthly content calendars and paid campaigns on Meta and Google. Reported every month in plain English: what worked, what didn't, what we're changing.
How we work with
Galle businesses.
Galle's economy runs on tourism, expat services and hospitality, the web and brand work we ship here leans heavily on international-facing English copy, direct-booking flows that don't hand 15% to Booking.com, and Stripe + PayHere wiring for overseas card traffic. The Galle Fort boutique-hotel cluster, the Unawatuna and Mirissa surf-tourism crowd, and the growing Ahangama digital-nomad service economy each need slightly different brand registers, we run all three from the same studio. Locally registered in Sri Lanka with LKR invoicing for local pricing, plus GBP and USD invoicing for the Galle expat clients who prefer that. Remote-first delivery with weekly Google Meet check-ins.
Galle social-media work is Instagram-led with strong visual content from the venue itself, the international traveller audience makes booking decisions on Instagram aesthetics first, TripAdvisor reviews second. We weight the calendar to the international booking-decision window (October to March for the Galle peak season) and run paid Meta to the UK, EU and Australia source markets.
We run social media marketing for founders and marketing leads in Galle who want senior attention without the big-agency bill. Fixed scope, fixed price, written proposal before any commitment. Same team, same process, same 14-day-payout quality standard whether you're in Galle or anywhere else we ship.

Common questions.
Do you build for Galle Fort boutique hotels and villa-rental businesses?
Yes, it's a meaningful share of our Galle book. We default to direct-booking flows (Stripe or PayHere depending on the card mix) so you stop paying 15% to Booking.com on every reservation, real photography of the property rather than stock, and IA built around the international searcher journey rather than the domestic one.
Can you invoice in GBP or USD for expat-owned Galle businesses?
Yes, we invoice in LKR, GBP or USD depending on which works for your accounting. Multi-currency invoicing through Wise is straightforward, and we can split a project across currencies if needed (e.g. design fee in GBP, hosting in LKR).
Are you based in Galle?
Locally registered in Sri Lanka with the studio in Colombo. Most Galle work ships remote-first, the southern-province broadband and hosting performance from a Cloudflare edge in Colombo or Singapore is excellent these days, so there's rarely a reason for monthly trips. We can travel down for the discovery workshop on request.
How much does a social media agency cost in the UK in 2026?
Credible UK ranges in 2026: £500–£1,000 per month for organic-only on a single platform with light reporting, £1,000–£2,500 per month for organic across 2–3 platforms with monthly strategy and basic paid, £2,500– £6,000+ per month for full organic + paid management with weekly strategy. Anything under £400 a month is usually a freelancer scheduling 8 generic posts and reporting impressions. Our packages sit at £750 / £1,200 / £2,200 per month · clear scope, ad spend separate, monthly performance reports tied to leads not likes.
How is your reporting different from other agencies?
Most agencies report impressions, reach and engagement rate · vanity metrics that don't tell you whether the spend is paying back. Our monthly one-page report shows four numbers: qualified leads or revenue attributed to social, cost per lead or sale, the top-performing post and the worst-performing post, with plain-English commentary on what we'll change next month. Conversion-API on Meta and LinkedIn from week one so the attribution is real, not modelled.
Do you work with B2B / SaaS clients · or is this just B2C?
Both. About 40% of our social book is B2B SaaS and professional services · LinkedIn-led, thought-leadership content from the founder or named experts, conversion-API tracking, paid LinkedIn for high-intent campaigns. The other 60% is B2C retail and hospitality · Instagram and TikTok-led, Reels-first, paid Meta. Different playbooks, same studio. We don't try to stretch a B2C calendar across a B2B client or vice-versa.
Which platforms do you cover?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and (sometimes) X. We recommend only the 1–3 where your audience actually is.
Do you write the copy?
Yes. Written by our in-house content lead, reviewed by the founder before anything goes near your dashboard. You approve the calendar on Friday, we post the following week.
How long is the contract?
Three months minimum, then month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days notice any time after.
Who owns the content?
You do, fully. Source files, captions, creative, everything. We hand it over at the end of any engagement.
Do you manage paid ads or just organic?
Organic content is included in all packages. Paid ad management (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn) is built into Pro (£2,200/mo) and available as an add-on on Growth for £350/mo. Ad spend is always separate from the management fee · your money goes directly to the platform, not through us.
What happens if I need more posts than my package includes?
Add-ons · extra 4 posts/month for £200 / $255 / LKR 17,000, Reels or short-form video at £150 / $195 / LKR 13,000 per video, influencer outreach campaigns from £500+ / $650+ / LKR 45,000+. All billed on the next invoice.
Do you offer SEO content alongside social?
Yes · our Growth Retainer is a separate product: SEO Starter £599/mo for 2 blog posts, keyword tracking and on-page fixes; SEO Growth £999/mo adds link-building and technical SEO; Full Growth £1,800/mo adds digital PR and a dedicated account lead. Lives under this service because content SEO and social content share writers.
Can you audit my current social accounts before committing?
Yes · standalone social media audit at £250 / $320 / LKR 22,000 · one-off fee, written report within 5 business days, credited toward the first month if you sign up to a package afterward.
