How quickly will I see SEO results?
Realistic expectations · almost nothing in months 1–3 beyond faster indexing and cleaner technical baseline. Movement on rankings starts around month 3–6. Compounding traffic from month 6+. Month 12 is usually when the curve really bends up. If you can't commit to 12 months, paid ads are the faster (but more expensive) channel.
What's the difference between a Care Plan and an SEO Retainer?
A Care Plan is technical maintenance · updates, backups, security, uptime. An SEO Retainer is growth work · new content, link building, ranking improvements. Most serious clients pair them · £149 Care Plan + £599+ SEO Retainer. Different jobs, different teams, different metrics.
Who writes the blog posts?

Do you do link-building the right way?
Yes · the ways that still work in 2026. Journalist outreach (HARO-style), local newspaper and industry publication commentary, guest posts on genuinely good blogs, partner links with real businesses. We don't buy links, don't run PBNs, don't use Fiverr packages. 5 real UK-source links outrank 500 offshore directory links every single time.
Can I cancel or pause?
Three-month minimum initial commitment (SEO takes time to show signal · anything less is just wasted spend). After that, month-to-month with 30 days notice. If you pause, rankings slide within 3–6 months · search engines interpret paused publishing as declining relevance.
What reporting do I get?
Starter · monthly one-page report with the metrics that matter (organic traffic, top-ranking keywords, content performance). Growth · bi-weekly reports plus a monthly call. Full Growth · weekly reports plus monthly strategy call with the dedicated lead. All reports focus on outcomes (traffic, enquiries, conversions) not vanity metrics (domain authority, total keywords).
Do you guarantee first-page rankings?
No. Anyone guaranteeing first-page rankings in 2026 is either lying or about to get penalised. Google's algorithm is not deterministic, competitor behaviour is not controllable, and "first page for [keyword]" depends on what Google decides [keyword] means this quarter. We commit to the work, not the outcome. But the work consistently produces outcomes · that's the only honest commitment.
I have a new site. Should I start with SEO now?
Honestly, not at £599/mo on day one. For the first 3 months of a new site, do the free stuff yourself (Google Business Profile, NAP consistency, 10 Google reviews, proper title/meta on every page) · see our local SEO guide. Once you've done those and plateau-ed, an SEO Retainer is the right next step. We'd rather you save the £599 until it can compound.
