How soon can you start?
Usually 2–3 weeks out. We hold one slot per month for fast starts. Flag it on the call if you're against a deadline and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Do you work with clients outside the UK and Sri Lanka?
Yes. Clients in the UAE, Singapore, Germany and the US too. We run async for tough timezone gaps and overlap on Zoom for the calls that need it.
Can we see the proposal before we commit?
Always. After the first call you get a written proposal with scope, timeline and a fixed price. No card on file, no deposit until you sign. The proposal is yours to keep either way.
Are you a UK agency?
Yes. The founder Ash is based in Leicester, UK. UK clients contract with Ashif Ahamad Mohammed Azam, t/a CenoDigital (UK sole trader). The delivery team operates from Sri Lanka through CenoDigital (Pvt) Ltd (PV00355015, registered 2026). All contracts in GBP for UK clients. GDPR-compliant. Serving UK businesses since 2018.
What timezone do you work in?
Across GMT+5:30 (Sri Lanka) and UK time. For UK clients we overlap daily from 8am–1pm GMT, with async communication covering the rest. No project has ever stalled because of timezone.
How many projects do you take on at once?
Maximum six active projects at any time. Firm cap. It's why clients get actual attention, not a ticket number.
Do you outsource or subcontract work?
No. The people you speak to are the people who do the work. No junior pass-offs, no white-label subcontracting.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on request at no extra cost. Standard for partner or agency relationships and welcome on direct client engagements.
What are your payment terms?
40% deposit on sign-off, 30% on design approval, 30% on completion. All prices are exclusive of VAT (UK clients: VAT added at the prevailing rate if applicable). Accepted · bank transfer, Wise, PayPal, Stripe. UK clients usually use GBP bank transfer; SL clients PayHere or bank transfer; international Wise or Stripe in USD.
Do you negotiate on price?
No. The packages are scoped and priced honestly. If a package is more than the budget we'll tell you which tier better fits what you can spend · not cut corners on the one you wanted. MVP packages exist specifically for tighter budgets.
What's your cancellation policy?
If a project is cancelled after kick-off, the deposit is non-refundable and work completed to that point is billed at the applicable stage. This protects both sides. Monthly retainers take 30 days written notice · no long-term contracts.
Do you offer discounts for multiple services?
The MVP Launch Bundle (web + brand together, £2,400 / $3,060 / LKR 207,000) is the only standing discount · saves £250 vs buying separately. For 3+ services commissioned simultaneously, we quote individually and note any reduction on the proposal.
Do you do equity deals or deferred payment?
No. We've considered it and it doesn't work for either side at our scale. Fixed-price, payment-on-milestone is the arrangement that produces the best work and the cleanest relationship.
