How we work with
London businesses.
London small-business clients typically come to us after a bad experience with a big Shoreditch or Covent Garden agency, slow, expensive, faceless, or a cheap freelancer who went dark mid-project. We sit deliberately in the middle, senior team, fixed prices, weekly check-ins, no account-manager layer. London agencies charge 20–30% more to cover office rent on top of the same work; we're remote-first with a UK phone number, GDPR-compliant, and have been serving UK clients since 2018. Meetings happen on Zoom or Google Meet in your timezone, no commute to a WeWork for the project kickoff.
London graphic-design briefs are usually one of two: pitch decks for VC-backed startups around Shoreditch and King's Cross, or print-and-event collateral for the trade-show circuit (ExCeL, Olympia, Business Design Centre). We turn both around in 3–7 days, CMYK + bleed for print, editable templates for the deck so your team can iterate without us.
We design graphic design for founders and marketing leads in London who want senior attention without the big-agency bill. Fixed scope, fixed price, written proposal before any commitment. Same team, same process, same 14-day-payout quality standard whether you're in London or anywhere else we ship.

Common questions.
Are you based in London?
Remote-first with a UK phone number and UK-based operations, we work with London clients the same way we work with Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol. All contracts in GBP, GDPR-compliant, serving UK businesses since 2018. Most London clients never meet us in person, and say the delivery is tighter for it.
How do meetings work if you're not in London?
Zoom or Google Meet for the discovery call, design reviews, and weekly check-ins. Async on Slack for day-to-day. Your timezone is our timezone for the calls. No commute to a WeWork meeting room for a 45-minute project update, we save that hour for the actual work.
Why are London-agency quotes 20–30% higher for similar work?
Office rent in Shoreditch, Covent Garden or Soho gets priced into every quote. Add an account manager, a project manager and a design director to the chain, and the hourly rate climbs even before you see a designer. We run lean, the senior designer and senior engineer on your account are the people you speak to.
How much does graphic design cost in the UK in 2026?
Realistic 2026 ranges from a credible UK studio: business cards £150–£300, flyers £200–£450, brochures £450–£1,200 (depending on page count), pitch decks £50–£100 per slide, packaging £550–£1,500 per SKU. Anything under £100 for a logo or £50 for a brochure is a stock template with the colours swapped. Our pricing sits in the honest middle of these ranges with files print-ready and source-editable in the same handover · no charging twice for "the print version" and "the digital version" of the same artwork.
Are your files print-ready for a UK / Sri Lanka printer?
Yes · CMYK colour mode, 3mm bleed standard (5mm for large format), 300dpi raster, fonts outlined or supplied, a colour-bar proof PDF for the printer to match against. We test files with the specific printer where possible (Solopress, Northend, Print Lounge, Ananda, etc.) so there are no surprises when the job hits the press. Source files (Illustrator / InDesign) are included on request so your team can update text without re-engaging us.
Do you handle pitch decks for fundraising or sales?
Yes · pitch decks are one of our most-requested specialist briefs. We design in Figma or PowerPoint depending on which your team will edit, with a clean type system, real data visualisations (not generic stock charts), and an editable template so your team can add slides without rebuilding the design. Standard turnaround 7–10 days; £50–£80 per slide depending on complexity.
What software do you work in?
Figma for most things, Illustrator + InDesign for heavy print, After Effects for motion. We deliver in whatever format you need.
Do you do motion/video?
Light motion, logo reveals, social video templates, simple animations. For anything bigger we partner with a motion studio.
Can you match an existing brand?
Absolutely. Send us guidelines, fonts and past examples, we'll design within them.
Are source files included?
Figma files, yes, always. Native Illustrator/InDesign source files are an extra £150 on one-off projects, included in retainers.
