How we work with
Cardiff businesses.
Cardiff's local market splits between Cardiff Bay's tech and creative cluster (fintech, media, indie game studios) and the professional-services belt around Cathedral Road and Park Place, two different brand registers, both familiar to us. UK phone, GDPR-compliant, serving UK businesses since 2018, async-first delivery fits the hybrid-working cadence Cardiff agencies and clients have settled into post-2022. Kickoffs and reviews on Google Meet, async on Slack between calls.
Cardiff graphic-design demand sits in two pockets: tech-event collateral for the Cardiff Bay startup and game-studio scene, and professional-services print work for Cathedral Road firms. Print-ready CMYK files for the Cardiff print houses local clients actually use, plus matching screen formats in a single handover.
We design graphic design for founders and marketing leads in Cardiff who want senior attention without the big-agency bill. Fixed scope, fixed price, written proposal before any commitment. Same team, same process, same 14-day-payout quality standard whether you're in Cardiff or anywhere else we ship.

Common questions.
Are you based in Cardiff?
Remote-first with a UK phone number and GDPR-compliant operations. Most of our Cardiff clients never meet us in person, the work ships tighter for it. If you'd prefer a face-to-face kickoff we can travel in for the discovery workshop on a fixed-fee day rate, but it's never required.
Do you understand the Cardiff Bay tech scene vs. the city-centre professional services market?
Yes, we run different playbooks for each. Cardiff Bay tech and game studios get fast-loading Astro builds with strong hero animation and hiring-page IA. Professional-services firms around Cathedral Road get WCAG 2.1 accessibility, plain-English regulatory copy, and clear disclosures, same agency, different toolkit per brief.
How fast can you start a Cardiff project?
Typically 2–3 weeks out from signed proposal. For tech-event launches or regulatory deadlines, flag the timing on the discovery call, we hold one fast-start slot a month and Cardiff clients with hard deadlines tend to need it.
How much does graphic design cost in the UK in 2026?
Realistic 2026 ranges from a credible UK studio: business cards £150–£300, flyers £200–£450, brochures £450–£1,200 (depending on page count), pitch decks £50–£100 per slide, packaging £550–£1,500 per SKU. Anything under £100 for a logo or £50 for a brochure is a stock template with the colours swapped. Our pricing sits in the honest middle of these ranges with files print-ready and source-editable in the same handover · no charging twice for "the print version" and "the digital version" of the same artwork.
Are your files print-ready for a UK / Sri Lanka printer?
Yes · CMYK colour mode, 3mm bleed standard (5mm for large format), 300dpi raster, fonts outlined or supplied, a colour-bar proof PDF for the printer to match against. We test files with the specific printer where possible (Solopress, Northend, Print Lounge, Ananda, etc.) so there are no surprises when the job hits the press. Source files (Illustrator / InDesign) are included on request so your team can update text without re-engaging us.
Do you handle pitch decks for fundraising or sales?
Yes · pitch decks are one of our most-requested specialist briefs. We design in Figma or PowerPoint depending on which your team will edit, with a clean type system, real data visualisations (not generic stock charts), and an editable template so your team can add slides without rebuilding the design. Standard turnaround 7–10 days; £50–£80 per slide depending on complexity.
What software do you work in?
Figma for most things, Illustrator + InDesign for heavy print, After Effects for motion. We deliver in whatever format you need.
Do you do motion/video?
Light motion, logo reveals, social video templates, simple animations. For anything bigger we partner with a motion studio.
Can you match an existing brand?
Absolutely. Send us guidelines, fonts and past examples, we'll design within them.
Are source files included?
Figma files, yes, always. Native Illustrator/InDesign source files are an extra £150 on one-off projects, included in retainers.
